Support Policy

Audio Everywhere from Listen Technologies provides technical support via email and phone for systems under warrantee or where extended software support has been purchased and is current. Audio Everywhere from Listen TechnologiesĀ support and administrative personnel will assist our customers to resolve software or hardware problems. The key elements of the program are:

  • Phone or email support. Response times can be 48 hrs, not including weekends and holidays.
  • Audio Everywhere from Listen Technologies will download and review log files when necessary for systems that have a good connection to the Internet.
  • Self-support via the Audio Everywhere from Listen Technologies support site, including access to our support knowledge base.
  • Software updates delivered over the Internet. Software updates are for bug fixes and maintenance releases. Software upgrades are not included.
  • Hardware repair or replacement for hardware under warrantee. All returns must be authorized and assigned Return Materials Authorization (RMA) numbers in advance by Audio Everywhere from Listen Technologies.

 

Audio Everywhere from Listen Technologies offers a Standard Limited Warranty on hardware for 1 year for Audio Everywhere from Listen Technologies MX2 products. Audio Everywhere from Listen Technologies offers a Standard Limited Software Warranty for 90 days for MX2 software. Audio Everywhere from Listen Technologies warrants that the MX2 substantially conforms to the MX2 product specifications listed here: https://www.audioeverywhere.com/product-specifications/

Warranty coverage starts the date the product is shipped from the manufacturing facilities of Audio Everywhere from Listen Technologies. Do not return product without an RMA authorization.
