Our newest version of the venue server software includes a number of features to improve the robustness of the system for advanced users.
For instance, for large organizations with their own sophisticated IT department, we enable fine control on the Quality of Service tags on the digital audio packets. These parameters can be controlled from the Audio Everywhere help desk.
Of course, we have set these up with reasonable defaults that work for almost everyone.
Another thing we do is enable control of how much debugging information is kept in the venue server log files. OK, these are pretty techie things, but they are part of our continuous effort to make the system highly tuned but also robust.
